I'm on mobile. When I click on send, there's no ui feedback at all. Not sure if the message is actually delivered.

Not sure if that is a reliable indicator. I received my interview invite back in October, at like 11 pm at night

I wonder why the hold-up. At this point, certainly the decisions are final and ready to go. Why don’t they just upload the results already?

Spoke to them to confirm when we'll start getting mails. She said throughout the day but she didn't have an answer for when the first few will roll out. All she said was "soon"

If results are stored in a database, displaying it isn’t too difficult from a tech pov

There’s a lot happening in the background folks - there have to be multiple verification protocols, confirmations, ad approvals. Post that, email automation also needs to be tested before sent out. We’ll get to know soon enough
