Good morning folks, hope you are having a great day and had an enjoyable valentines week. Due to the huge number of applicants the teams and our computers are on the job for making the round two results. Stay tuned and you’ll recieve it at the earliest.
It would be great if you can give some timeline on waitlisted candidates as well. R1 Waitlisted candidates have been waiting for almost 3 months now. This is honestly very pathetic candidate experience. ISB seems to be treating the waitlisted candidates as their backup options right now.

For a top school their entire admission process needs improvement. Some people got interview invite on 20th Dec, some got it but without location, some got just 5 days before their interview date. Suddenly amidst all this chaos, R3 early invites start getting interviews.
Too much confusion.

So, no result for the R3 applicants who were interviewed along with R2?

I think we can cut ISB's ad-com some slack. The process has been far better than the chaos last year.

On top of that adcom team is just plain ignorant and irresponsive of every thing.

Yes, last couple of years it was chaos, more so because of covid related complications. This year things are much much better..can they improve, absolutely. Comms is still not at the level that you’d expect the best b-school in the country to have, especially for WLs

At the same time you have to appreciate the sheer number of applications ISB gets every year, gets difficult to manage. Also, the applicant pool isn’t very patient either. One small information puts everyone in a spiral of anxiety and the worst unnecessary analysis! Those who are on other B-school groups can see the difference vs ISB in this regard.

Things are not perfect, they are getting better on all fronts. Let’s just focus on staying calm today. There are a lot more and bigger anxieties coming your way once you have an admit in place. The party’s just getting started. All the best folks :)

Lol, this is so true. Year after year, the ISB threads will have 10x more activity than any other BSchools’.
I understand the anxiety, but it doesn’t help anyone.
Aaramse lunch karo, thoda email-wimail check karo, reels dekho, Netflix dekho.
I heard the new show called "Class" is a fun watch. :D
All Izz Well. All the best!
