I believe your application would be considered for R3 as R2 deadline was last revised to 10th December

I would suggest you check with adcom for confirmation

Are you guys talking about when the application was actually submitted, or when upon submission, they update your application completion status on the portal to "Completed", once they verify all the necessary inputs have been received? As only the former had a deadline of 10th Dec for R2

I think he will be considered for round two, as the application must have been submitted before the 10th, but they take time to mark it as complete. In my case, they had an issue with my payslip and marked my application complete on the 8th of January. Posted from my mobile device
