A friend of mine hasnt received an invite for Round 2 yet. He got promoted a week back, was looking to confirm is it to late to inform the ISB team/not and the best way to do so?

I would advice him not to, it can do more harm than good, profiles are frozen as of the deadline day and doing this is like asking them to make an exception for no reason.
