Pattern in acceptance and rejection is there. No pattern in order , as to gmat, scholarships, etc

I am also added to the group of R2 candidates for whom the review is still underway and will hear on or before 29th Feb. Delhi, interview online on 11th feb. How many others have received such an update? I would imagine there is still hope as it is not a rejection yet? Not sure how to analyse this delay.....
