In terms of short term goal, I want to get a job in financial consultancy right after mba to explore my performance there.
Long term, I wanna see myself progress fast enough and have a decent career growth and enough knowledge and experience to be at par with many experienced professionals at a young age.
This is roughly what I have thought to mention in my applications. I will elaborate it further .
Does it seem fine?
