I will share mine, as I am in the same boat and I am dying with anxiety about the results.

I applied in R3, on 26th Jan, recommendation by 29th Jan. My application was verified around 10th Feb. I received the invite on 17th Feb 5 pm, my interview was scheduled on 22nd Feb (Delhi). And it’s been endless waiting and anxiety attacks since then. 😅 Anyone have any idea by when can we expect the results?

Thanks for sharing. I submitted on 21st, received recommendation mail on 24th and verified around 12 Feb but nothing after that. I had selected Virtual/Online as interview. status is still shown as "Verified" :((

Nothing is confirmed when it comes to ISB. They have mismanaged the admission process like never before. Although the IIMs have significantly fewer seats, they provide decisions on pre-determined firm dates. During my discussions with many ISB alumni throughout the admission process, I was led to believe that the degree isn’t worth spending 50-55 lakhs, especially considering that comparable placements can be found at IIMs, depending on the economic situation. No one wants to turn 30 with a family to support and education loan EMIs to pay.

Now, regarding networking—who really remembers more than 50 batchmates after 2-3 years of the course? Will seniors support you just because you come from the same school? Better networking can often be accomplished over a bottle of fine whiskey or wine! This isn’t a rant; it’s an honest take on what B-schools are like—they are, in essence, a business.

+1 to this. Apparently network is one of the core benefits of a B school. How is the engagement with alumni so low that they can’t find interviewers even? Are alums feeling disconnected with the school, is the ROI on their investment low? Also, why is adcom so lacking with communication/timeline adherance?

"Degree isn’t worth spending 50-55 lakhs"....This isn’t even a degree! Infact, ISB cannot offer a degree at all. So, ’technically’, it is the same as a residential certificate course. Which is also why ISB isn;t bound by timelines, dates, or ’rules’ which apply to normal degree giving Universities

Hi,

Thank you for your correction!

However, the central issue here is not whether they offer a degree, diploma, or certification, but rather the perceived value that an ISB PGP holds. The entire team must maintain the image they have established in both the Indian and global corporate arenas. Unlike IIMs, ISB does not publish audited placement reports. Despite being established for 25 years, they continue to heavily advertise their flagship course. It appears there is an excessive effort to attract a diverse range of individuals who may not possess skills that are genuinely valuable to companies. This year, no business school has been able to withstand the economic downturn. These MBA programs need to rapidly reinvent themselves and incorporate tech skills, such as AI, ML, and digitalization, into their curriculum to stay relevant.

Hey! I didn’t mean to correct you. Infact, I am in 100% agreement with the points you had put forward before and the ones you have put forward now. The "no degree" thing was to amplify the fact that ISB has the advantage to conduct a haywire admission process with no pressure from the educational infrastructure or bodies like UGC, AICTE etc. What we ideally say in Hindi as "Mann-maani karna". The very fact that R2 interviews - R3 interviews - R2 results - R1 Waitlists - R2 Waitlists are happening simultaneously goes onto show how mismanaged the entire admission process has been this time and how frustrating it must be for all of you!

i believe they have fixed dates for each round. Last year it was 9th march, so expecting that only. They clear waitlists/SIP->interview->admits in batches imo.
