Hi everyone. My resume was shown as incorrect on the ISB portal. I didn’t get any mail from ISB but sent them my corrected resume myself. It has since been removed from my portal. Should I worry about my resume now?

So they ask you to correct the errors mentioned within 24 hours of email and resubmit the application. Since yesterday was holiday, I could not reach out to any of them to convey my issue. So I submitted it. It’s showing submitted as of now

Same it’s verification under process

Previously I had one rejected document which was my resume and they changed it to zero now although I didn’t get a mail to resubmit. I had sent them the revised resume myself

Need some help for my profile evaluation.
Reapplicant(applied for eeo last year)
Age:24,
Btech cgpa - 8.5/10
Inter - 97%
GMAT-720(classic)
Btech(IT) in a decent clg state level college.Work ex: 2+ years at an MNC.. Working as developer.1 promotion and Lead a few projects as well. Simultaneously, started a clothing business.Sold a few hundred garments and generated decent revenue but had to shut down after 6months. Multiple awards in my work as well as 6+ years of volunteer work.

Also, anyone applying for isb in the 2-3 years bracket?

I’m curious to know what you feel might have been the reason for you not making it to ISB. Were you shortlisted for an interview? There are also a few other things I’d like to know, such as details about the projects you led. Could you explain the types of projects you managed, your role in them, and the outcomes?
I’d also like to learn more about the clothing company you started—what was the motivation behind it? What channels did you use to market and sell your products, who were the target segments, and why did you ultimately decide to shut it down?
Lastly, could you elaborate on your goals—both short-term and long-term—and explain why ISB was an important step for you in achieving those goals?

While all the scores are good, you need to be absolutely clear with why PGPM and not MFAB? Given your last 2 yrs of work-ex is in Family business and future plan is to continue with that, not sure how the adcom will assess the suitability for PGPM

Would be good to introspect about what could have been the potential gaps last time and if those are being addressed this time around. Academics and GMAT scores are good. A lot also depends on how you presented your goals & journey last time vs this year. Elaborate on the actual nature of work you do, only focusing on the software development aspect will make it look like a very technical profile. To balance that, add some flavours around stakeholder management & leadership skills as well. While the clothing business aspect is a differentiator, it should tie back neatly to your broader profile. Since Clothing business seems to have been a part time gig that anyway did not end up well, the relevance of this in the application needs to be thought thru.

Did you make it to the interview stage last year Rohansid10 ? What was the feedback of the AdCom?
