Here is a point-wise response:
-With a 327 on the GRE and some time in hand before you submit your application, it makes sense for you to retake the GRE and exceed the average score at ISB.
-There isn't much you can do about the years of experience unless waiting it out for an year is an option; if not, then do not worry about it and instead focus on the strengths in your profile.
-The degree you target should depend on what your career goals are. Your years of experience are on the higher side for an MiM. The MeM could be an option provided your career goals are aligned.
