looks ok to proceed. Make sure your essays do justice to your credetails and yes start intervew prep well in advance. During my stint at ISB as Admissions Director, I used to get so many calls people asking why were they not called for the interview or why they didnot make it to the final list. Taking essays lighly was a common culprit. GMT score is a quantifiable commodity and hence is talked very frequntly. Essays are the silent killers or worriors!
