Hey New thread- any idea what is the R1 interview conversion rates? And by when will thy roll out results?

I tried to enquire about it People told that it depends on the profile - Engineering male(IT/ Non IT), CA/CFA, Medical, Lawyers, Other professionals - actor/ cricketer then gender diversity also So, conversion rates vary for each profile. For an average benchmark - some said it is very high I.e. almost 60% chances of you get interview invite Some said it is on low side Almost 20% of you get interview invite. I think no one knows for sure.

This was my interview experience today: Duration: Around 45mins a) Interviewers first explained how the interview will be b) Started with give some brief highlights about your profile c) What is your work currently? d) Challenges to your work, how do you manage stakeholders e) so why MBA? f) Strategy execution vs Strategy Formulation, where do you see yourself better? g) Goals Clarity? h) Where do you see yourself 20 years down the line?
