As far as i know, App numbers get created according to when you start your application and not when you submit it. Even if they do check applications on a rolling basis, your app name would not be an indicator.

Now that BLR interviews are scheduled for this weekend, it’s seems very unlikely.

but adcom said they are still in progress in rolling out invites and communicate 4/5 days before interview. can see if something happens today
