Four years at Aditya Birla in insurance tech, with a ₹250 crore business initiative to your name, is a more distinctive setup than most IT profiles we see entering ISB, and the female gender marker adds a meaningful diversity angle that ISB actively values.
• The real tension in your profile is not the work itself but the leadership narrative: every achievement you listed is delivery-and-execution oriented, and ISB adcoms will probe whether you influenced outcomes or executed them. The distinction matters because ISB screens for managerial readiness, not technical depth.
• Your GMAT Focus target should be 655 or above; that range puts you at or above the median threshold where IT profiles from NIT backgrounds typically get a serious read, and going below 645 shifts the burden entirely onto essays and interviews.
• The absence of formal people management is noted but not fatal, since mentoring a junior engineer and leading cross-functional stand-ups can carry genuine weight if your essays frame the "why" of those moments rather than the "what."

I may be a little late in commenting, but I hope this feedback gives you some quality inputs, and many others who may have similarly positioned profiles in the IT space.
You really must pause for a moment to think about what your branding statement is. If you are counting on your resume to do the talking here on this thread on your behalf, there is a major understanding gap in your application journey. As I see it, this is likely a copy-paste of your resume and has a lot of IT jargon and very generically created resume bullets that do not make anyone pause and read what you have written. Very likely, this will elicit a similar response from the Adcoms.
And why do you feel saying "70% improvement," "10% cost optimization," or "30% reduction in application slowness" is impressive to read when the reader has no comparison to what these percentages even mean? Please stop following cookie-cutter approaches for your resume and the way you present your profile stats. There are no shortcuts. You must take the time to think about what is really so special about you and build your entire application and resume around that branding.
A good way to start would be to think about what you have done beyond your defined scope of work and how that has empowered your team to deliver even better solutions. Use a lot of superlative terms in your profile description as well as your resume, for example, by answering to,
[*]Was this the first time something was done?
[*]Was it the largest project, transformation, rollout, integration, or launch?
[*]Were you the youngest person owning this responsibility?
[*]Were you the only engineer or manager from your function?
[*]Was it the highest initiative?
[*]Was it the fastest delivery?
[*]Did it become the most adopted or highest performing solution?
[*]Did it receive the highest internal recognition?
[*]Were you selected over more senior colleagues?
[*]What do you want to do post MBA? Make that link
[*]
You will not really be competitive unless you can pitch your own branding statement. Who are you professionally, personally, and in the community? Your biggest strength is your work experience, but your weakness may be how you present it.
