Hi Ruchie12, 1) All profiles are equally competitive for ISB or any such colleges. The whole purpose of colleges is to admit from as varied background as possible. So it will be more about how you show career progression, impact, desire to grow, clarity of future within your profile rather than profile itself.
2) Target higher than class average especially since you are towards lower work ex. Maybe a 695 will help better
3). It is enough for admissions. Competition wise tougher on GMAT, so target a higher GMAT
4). Just focus on arranging the career progression, impact, desire to grow, clarity of future in your application at this point of time, apart from GMAT, of course. Time invested on anything else will not give same returns on investment of time as of now.
