I don’t think so this is a replacement to that, after KIRA rsubmission people receive community invite i.e. interview invite by 2nd year student

The Kira interview has similar questions as that of an interview with adcom. Once you submit this, you will be called for a community assessment, that is something with either an adcom or a 2nd year student
