I’ve finished VA, after VA how long did it take for CA invite?

If you don’t want to be held back because of certain issues, you gotta get up and take actions as I did. Otherwise, you’ll remain there Anyhow I took actions but it’s the ORMs who decided to hold me back so, I would say, the others may be creating a system that’s not in your favour but ORMs themselves need to take responsibility to get out of it, which clearly isn’t happening in my observation and opinions

I’ve received some honest feedback from people that, the people are "Too scared" or don’t want to put any efforts on that side and focus on their career. All of that is great! But then, I don’t think the people who don’t like to put any work should complain on how hard their lives are.

Overrepresented minority Indian male engineer tag is also the same But to be perfectly honest, if no one takes actions, Rice’s tagline fits perfectly well here- You belong here! Coz if you do something you’d belong elsewhere (probably in a better spot)
