The experience weekend should help with the decision either way. When I did my campus visit I met a handful of people from LA at Kelley. They should be able to give you insight into getting back to LA if that's your goal. No debt is always nice though. Posted from my mobile device

I would wait on scholarship information from USC before deciding; if what I've read is correct, they have been handing out substantial awards lately. That said, it would be great to have you in our class at Kelley in the Fall of 2013!

Admittedly, I'm biased as I will probably matriculate at Kelley (choosing btw them and Ross), but I have not heard a lot of positive things about USC Marshall lately. Their employment-placement prospects seem not great, especially when considering the geographic limitation of jobs in and around Cal / SoCal -- which in itself is not a bad thing at all, but given the cost of living out there, I would be worried about making ends meet on a $90k salary assuming the debt and opportunity cost. Kelley is also somewhat regional -- I think most schools outside the top 5 or 7 sorta are -- but if you're okay with, say, sticking around the Midwest, then Kelley's (already decent) post-grad salary prospects will get you further I would imagine. Their *placement* stats -- i.e., % offered or accepting positions within 3 months of graduation -- have also not been good the past couple of years. I've also heard mixed things about USC's teaching quality and administration. Search around the GMATClub forums for more sentiments, but to me, Kelley should be the way you go Anyway, looking forward to meeting you (hopefully) next weekend.
