I didn’t know kelley had rolling invites for interviews I thought they made their decision at the end of a round

They will announce the decision in December only.. its not rolling

How was your interview overall? Typical why mba and why Kelley question? I’m going to interview October 18th

My questions were as follows: • Walk me through your CV starting from undergraduate. • Your leadership style? • Tell me about a time you had to navigate through ambiguity? • Why Kelley? • Short/long term goals? • Tell me about a time when you worked successfully as a part of a team. • The most constructive feedback I have received. • Is there any question you think I should have asked? – My response was yes. - How can I add value to the class?

I am a reapplicant. I was rejected post interview - round 2 for fall 2021 intake. I applied again this year. After submitting application the very next day i got an interview invite. Surprised to see application being processed so fast. I have my interview scheduled for 11th october.
