Yes, I got an email yesterday evening my time ( I think around 11:00 am CST, 13 Dec 2010) and then I called back. My status got updated just now (around 11:40 pm, 13 Dec CST) as few minutes back when I checked it was still showing " All the required elements of your application are complete.....". I am an international applicant, currently working in middle-east.

Thanks Vinay. Have a nice sleep. I couldn't sleep properly the whole night yesterday and now finding it even more difficult to concentrate on work. Till yesterday I was thinking that once I get an admit, I will start focusing on my work but its proving harder than I thought. All the best to my manager :twisted:

Thanks -- I'm in for R1 at Sloan, but definitely not confident about getting invited to interview. I hear back from my safety school on Wednesday. As long as I get in there, I'll be stoked. I can't imagine going through this process again next year, haha.

Dinged. Just checked status. Wow, they must have changed my status in the late hours last nite. I was a Summer WL, told that my application had no weaknesses and "encouraged" to apply R1 this year.. so go figure..

On Dec 17/18.. last 2 days ! And there were a good number of them.
Anyone have an idea on the acceptance rate of WLs ?

I don't have many data points but for my own case. Last year, I was waitlisted exactly on the final day. If I remember correctly, I think it was 18th Dec...
