One thing to warn everyone about how Kellogg sees your undergrad transcript.
I downloaded the unofficial transcript from my undergrad school, and uploaded it to all the MBA schools I am applying. All schools except Kellogg accepted it, because it had no school name or logo on it. They wanted me to send the official transcript to them. I thought it was only required if I am admitted.
My status now says incomplete. I have requested my undergrad school to do so. It takes 5 business days, and another several days on the road to reach Kellogg. It really sucks because the AdCom told me they would not read my application until they have my hardcopy transcript. Why can't they just use it for now, and request the offcial one when they decide to admit me?
If they had explicitly written on the application checklist: Unofficial transcript with school name and logo, I would have sent my official one like my gmat prior to the deadline.
Now, I worry that my application may be put in R2.

By the way, I finished my off-campus interview in Sept. So it's kind of a proof that the AdCom doesn't read your package (or at least your transcript) when assigning an interview for you.
