The only thing more annoying than getting an update for a posting of someone freaking out is getting an update for a preachy update (Yes, I realize the irony posting about this). Let people freak out a bit. I'm much more understanding of people freaking out about a $150K investment and the direction of their lives than I am about someone getting upset about people posting on a blog.
So please, if you're at work or at home waiting anxiously, post your thoughts here:
- Did you mistake a muscle spasm for a blackberry email notification of getting dinged? post it
- Did you receive a call from an unidentified number only to find out it was your mom learning how to use Skype phone? post it
- Did you spill coffee all over your desk when you saw an email from Kellogg only to discover that they were only advertising the geogrpahic and ethnic diversity of its alumni base? post it
These updates, mixed in with helpful tips and advice, are good for community. They also increase volume to GMATclub which I'm sure they appreciate!

I am definitely in this camp. I wish *anyone* were calling me whom I could mistake for Kellogg, but so far no action to report.
Meantime I'll keep sitting here sketching out what my typical day at Kellogg would look like, on Google Maps.
