I was really impressed by DAK 2 and I finally made the decision to attend Kellogg next year (I also strongly considered Tuck).
I'm sure that this is the right decision for me! I hope that all of you who are still deciding manage to make the decision you are the most comfortable with before the deposit deadlines :)

Just hoping the 2012 applicants could provide some advice. I'm looking to understand when I should expect to see the 2013 application questions released? When were they for the previous year?

Thanks!

I want to say they came out around early July last year.

had a great interview with an alumnus in Frankfurt 3 weeks ago... was a conversation more than Q&A... had good feeling and was smooth...he was interested in me more from a "can I see this guy at kellogg" point of view rather than from a "does he know what he's talking about" point of view... and without prompting offered stuff about his time at kellogg... was very relaxed and had a nice flow... lasted 1 hour 15 mins...........

BUT the alumnus interviewer did not respond to the thank you note i sent.... i am freaking out coz instinctvely this is a bad sign but empirically is this an outlier.... have there been admits whose interviwer did not respond to the thank you note?

Most interviewers do not respond to thank you notes. It does not mean anything at all. Try not to dwell on insignificant things. It will keep you sane until decisions are released.

zuleron: No need to panic, you are reading too much into the no reply to thank you note situation. Yes, it happens and I experienced with interviewer too. Interviewers are likely travelling or in some meeting. It is out of your hands now, the ball is on the other court.

As an alumni interviewer I would not take it as a slight that you didn't get a response. I usually try to send a quick best of luck response to thank you notes, but honestly I have a hard enough time keeping up with friends/family sometimes that it is easy to let that curtesy slip.

I always do commit to filling out the reviews in detail and congratulate admits, but saying thanks back to a thank you note isn't always high on my priority list.

I am R3 applicant as well and haven't heard anything so far. Probably the adcom is already too tired to call admits for this academic year. :(

Round 3 Applicant as well. Was really hoping to hear something today! If nothing today, does anyone think there will be anything over the weekend? or is the excruciating wait extended to Monday?

You won't hear anything over the weekend. Because R3 is so small decisions are likely not released early. You'll likely hear on the decision day next week. Sit tight and good luck.

international round 3 applicant as well. the waiting period continues ...

wish they'd just let us know on friday (considering they've already made decisions on our apps). that way the admits would have the weekend to celebrate and the dings could use the time to drown their sorrows!
