Hi there! I've been lurking here for too long already I guess it is time to join you guys.
For those of you still waiting for the interview, here are some tips.
Don't worry about the 5 min presentation too much. Its main purpose is to see whether you can communicate your thoughts effectively. The interviewer is instructed not to judge your answer, hence no right or wrong.
There're 2 things to keep in mind for those of you who don't already know.
1. The interviewer will have all your application materials including recommendation letters prior to the interview. This is to remind some of you who may want to use the content in the essays to answer some questions (e.g. tell me about your leadership experience) which is actually fine as long as you don't repeat them word by word.
2. Interview questions are given by LBS. There's clear instruction stating that the interviewer must not ask his/her own questions. This is probably to make it fair to all candidates and to keep the interview within 60-90 mins, though I believe most of the time they can't help but ask you their own questions anyway and the interview can last up to 2 hours.

It was a 2 hrs 15 mins interview for me. Nice experience I must say. The alumni was great. If not anything else, it made me sure that applying for LBS was a great choice !
I did ask for feedback but nothing was properly revealed or expressed !
