What about real estate? I’ve looked at both schools for real estate, and it seems like USC has a better program, and offers a two-year dual degree MBA/MRED as well, or a certificate from Price in Real Estate Development.

I am Canadian. I regularly travel across the US. I have been to 15+ states the past two years. The only state, and city that I found unsafe was LA, California. The campus at USC is pretty. The area surrounding it is very unsafe. Be warned.

+ you have to stay outside. The school designated residences are outside the campus.

It’s located in government housing. This is my opinion - I think the school was particularly approved by the city as a way to make the neighborhood safer through a good school. That failed.
