Do we get any email confirmation once our recommending managers upload the LOR? The response from manchester adcom is very bad. they just send a case notofication mail and give absolutely no respsonse after that.

Post my interview on 11th of this month I was told that decisions would be given within a couple weeks.

1) Why AMBS? How would you contribute?
2) Tell us about a leader who inspires you and what are the qualities of a great leader.
3) Tells us about a time you were working in a team and there was a conflict within that team. How did you resolve the conflict and what did you learn from the same?
4) If you could make a new app on a phone, what would it be and why?

The interview was mostly based on the application and essays I had submitted. It lasted for ~30 mins (~20 mins-interview, 10 mins-queries). Heather Spiro was the interviewer. She was quite friendly and welcoming.

Questions were mainly:
1) Why MBA?
2) Why MBS?
3) Career and goals questions
4) Time when you had to resolve conflict?
5) Example of overcoming a setback
