I appeared for the video interview on 18 Jan, and I was told that the result will be communicated within 2-2.5 weeks, it's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them.

You will get 4 questions. Questions are behavioral, leadership kind, you can check out these questions on google.
I remember getting these questions:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. An achievement you are most proud of.
3. What would you do if you suddenly get a day off from work
