Sorry, no idea about these two schools. This 800 number was given by an AdCom member during the waitlist seminar in late March 2021.

I don’t think everyone will choose to remain on the waitlist though

Thanks for sharing this man. Quite a crazy number this is honestly. And a tad bit demoralising too lol

I’m sorry. But I went through the same thing last year. I don’t want anyone to have false hope and wait. Improve your GMAT, that’s the only way especially for an Indian.

Do I have just 1 month to update my score or can I submit the same before they release the decisions in March?

They’ll invite you to a waitlist webinar, mostly next week. Will inform you about the timelines.

Would suggest that you stay and improve your score to 730+ if possible

Ridiculous. Waitlisted with interview. My interviewer said she had never seen somebody more prepared or thorough. Clearly everything is about GMAT. They aren’t even a T15 school. Holistic my foot.

710 is higher than the average GMAT for Georgetown. How would you rate your experience and other aspects of the portfolio. Or perhaps since you are international, they just need a higher GMAT?

They just want to hog high GMAT scores to boost their average even further and get more PR.

Mcdonough has had the highest increase in GMAT scores for two consecutive years now

Is there anyone here under 710 who got accepted?

Hey guys, do you think it’s worth enrolling into McDonough without any scholarship? :/

Or do you think if I write to the adcom asking for scholarship they might give some?
