I mean that’s just a one way ticket to psyching yourself out. You can’t control your demographics, you can’t control the work experience etc, you can’t control if you exactly vibe with the interviewer. All you can do is put the best foot forward and let the chips fall where they may
Agree 100%

Once you are done with the apps + interview
You should be thinking about other more important things lol

I have a question—can someone help me? If the Round 2 deadline is January 7 (for example), but I submit my application in November 2025, will interviews and decisions only be made after the January 7 deadline, or could I receive an interview and even an admission offer before the Round 2 deadline?

From my understanding no matter when you submit your application, day before deadline or month before, all interview and admission decisions happen at the same time for each round since it’s not really rolling decisions for Ross
Yep I think this year if you didn’t get it on 10/13ish that was it

Hey everyone, With a lot of new members joining, I just wanna make sure everyone understands how to utilise this group.

And important Ross specific admission information is available in the group description.

All of us in the group are in the same boat, and some of us applied in Round-1, so feel free to post your questions here and we will do the best we can

Use this group for Ross specific questions or general MBA discussions... please don’t spam

In the meantime, you can find interview debriefs/testimonials from here

decision-tracker/debriefs.html?school=8&status=0
You can find the interview debriefs from Round-1 and previous years here

For those applying to Round-2, here are a few pointers to keep in mind that we found out during Round-1:

1. Official Test Scores: You need to submit your official scores only if you get admitted. Self-reporting and uploading an unofficial score report(Screenshots) are good enough for application

2. 1-inch margins for Resume: This is just a suggestion and you can afford to go against it in interest of content and personal preference to keep it to 1 page.

2. Citing the use of AI: Ross suggests mentioning it against the line you used AI for. But if you use AI to enhance the whole essay, just add the citation as mentioned in the portal, as a footer for your essays.

3. Grace period for your recommender to submit your essays is 5 days post the round-deadline. Make sure your recommenders submit by then, else your application will be considered in the next round.

Thanks Aashish. Is there a list available of the schools that don't require official score reports?

Anderson - once you're invited to *interview*, you need to send scores and also send your official transcript from your college
