There’s no point in theorizing what % admit rate is post interview esp by different demographics. Each year is different, exact clsss sizes may differ, cohort demographics and applicants differ etc
I’d just treat it on average like a 50% chance of admit post interview which I think is reasonable. Some schools are far less selective in the initial interview process (eg Vanderbilt, UCLA, Kellogg) and others are far more selective (eg Ross, Yale, Fuqua).
If you get an interview, you have a decent shot. If you get multiple, then probability of striking out everywhere decreases dramatically. Only need 1 yes!

I mean that’s just a one way ticket to psyching yourself out. You can’t control your demographics, you can’t control the work experience etc, you can’t control if you exactly vibe with the interviewer. All you can do is put the best foot forward and let the chips fall where they may
