Guys if Ross says job responsibilities will be reviewed from the resume, does that mean an outcome-only resume is actually incomplete for ROSS? Should we be explicitly grounding impact with a BAU responsibility bullet so adcoms don’t have to infer our day-to-day, even if that means trading one “peak” impact bullet to establish a clear baseline as the source of truth?

Hello does Ross expect LORs to be submitted in format as well? or normal GMAC LoR format is okay?

Hi everyone, I have completed a dual degree programme. While filling the application, I could not find a specific option for dual degree under degree type. Could you please confirm the best practice in this case: Should I enter the two degrees separately as two entries, or Should I enter it once and mention it as a dual degree programme in the other details section? Please advise on the correct approach. Thank you for your help.

Still I am not able to see any prompt like that in application. Can anyone please help me on what we get to see in our application to confirm that recommendation is submitted ?
