I was wondering whether anyone who got an invite has interviewed at Ross ? Care to post your experience ?
I just interviewed with a 2008 Ross graduate last night. We spoke for about 40 minutes. Here's basically how it went:
Brief overview of resume.
Why an MBA? Why now? Why Ross?
Leadership example.
What's your leadership style?
Teamwork example.
What clubs/activities would you pursue while at Ross?
Anything you didn't cover in your application you want to discuss/share?
Questions for interviewer?
That was about it. Seems short but I covered a lot of ground in my responses. Often times my answers would lead the discussion into a different topic. For example, my leadership style response transitioned into some talk about action-based learning and MAP. While discussing clubs and activities, we touched on the importance of developing strong bonds with your classmates and the collaborative culture. Overall, no surprises. Just know how Ross fits you and how you fit Ross and you'll be golden.
