Has any round 1 admit heard about scholarship info yet? I thought that was supposed to come out towards the end of Feb?

Do the MIT interview invites trickle in according to the area the candidates are based in ? I heard that the adcom goes to certain cities and conducts all the interviews themselves...

If R1 is anything to go by, they tend to send them out in batches according to the city. All interviews are done by the adcom.

Don't give up all hope if your city seems to have already been called, MIT Sloan do say that they can call you for interview "at any time" and may do a phone / Boston interview with you close to the decision deadline.

Good luck to those of you who've been invited, and fingers crossed for those still waiting...

Browsing through the thread, it seems the invites came over 2-3 weeks in December for Round 1. I wish they would just release it on one day and make our lives easier...

I was admitted in R1 and my "Submission Status" still says submitted. The "Submission Status" won't change now, I don't think (given that mine is still the same). Bu on the final decision date another link "Decision Status" will appear with a link to your decision notification.

Good luck everyone!! Looking forward to having some of you as my classmates next fall!

From the posts it looks like they went to NYC, but no where else yet. Perhaps adcom are planning to be in the NYC area for an event? Perhaps an MBA fair or the like?

Damn I'm riding on a streak of dings here. MIT next week is my only glimmer of hope ... for this season. And it's a long shot :(

I've heard to expect answers for round two next week. My guess is Friday.
