Don't bite your nails.

Word on the street is, they will be coming early to mid March. That's later than most other schools' R2 invities. Two friends waiting for replies have independently told me this.

I wish they have an admission blog and notify us the approximate time when we will hear back from them. I think beginning of March might make more sense considering that scheduling an interview will take a couple of weeks.

I have a question regarding campus visit. From Sloan website, I couldn't find anything offerred regarding campus visit (ambassidor program, information session, etc). Is it all closed until fall? I was planning a visit and was very disappointed by the info on their website.

MIT Sloan opened up registration for the Ambassadors Program this morning. Sessions begin next week. Here is the link to register => bit.ly/19C6u0 (just add h t t p : / / infront of the link)

I did the Ambassadors program last Fall, it was great, loved the class I visited. I just signed up for another visit next week since I'm local :)

Got a package from MIT Sloan. It had hard copy of the selection letter & some other stuff, but no word on scholarship.
Does it mean no scholarship?

Yep. R2 invites will go out around the first week in March. I think the first invite reported on last year's thread was March 4th. The R2 deadline was up one week from last year so Feb 28th is what I'm expecting for the first invite this year.

I'm in the same boat....no luck with HBS. Invited for interview at Oxford and waiting to hear about interview invites from MIT R-2. Someone informally told me that they would be reviewing applications through the end of February and then sending out invites (early March).

Hi All,

Did anyone get their verification done by "Re Vera Services"? What all do they verify? Do they just verify designation, salary, employment dates? Or do they verify the facts that can only by confirmed by managers and not by HR like number of persons I am leading, exact work profile, past performance etc?

My manager recently disclosed his plans of taking 6 months off and is reluctant in disclosing his contact details. I am concerned that he may not be available when the verification happens.

Please let me know if anyone has undergone verification check by Re Vera.
