Hello everyone,

I have a quick question regarding MIT Sloan, and hope you can help me with.

I received an email from Sloan saying they have identified me as a "strong candidate" and encouraged me to apply. Do you guys know if this is just a Marketing technique?

Sloan is the second most competitive business school in the US to get into.* IMO if Sloan has bothered to send you that mail, there must be something about your background that really appeals to the Admissions Committee, and I'd give an application some serious thought.
