I doubt it. Just heard about one from dubai and a bunch from South America. I dont think many Europeans and Asians have got invites unless they are lurking here.

Only BruceLee got an invitation, as far as I can see, and it is a phone invitation so not in a hub city... Still keeping fingers crossed in Italy.

Maybe they are sorting the logistic for the internationals (hubs, dates, etc) before sending out the invites... or at least that´s what I want to believe!

could be. i was talking to another friend (currently a student at a premier business school) and was told that adcoms segregate apps based on nationality. all adcoms state that they do not have regional quotas, which is true as they do not have pre-defined quotas, but while selecting a class, to ensure diversity they will also not fill a class with just a few nationalities (even if the apps are better). think of it as a glass ceiling.
only the best apps from each country will receive admits, not the best apps overall.

While that's probably true, I doubt it has anything to do with when interview invites go out. The invites are done in groups because the admissions committee goes to the hub cities for those interviews. Beyond phone interviews, it doesn't look like international invites have been sent.

That's probably right but I doubt adcom will wait on sending out invites for a region due to any reason other than logistics of deciding on hub cities etc. Who knows maybe they do first fill out domestic quotas and then dive into the internationals based on the number of seats left, and that's the reason for late invites. Anybody's guess really..

My bad for spreading wrong rumours. Somone said San Diego and my head read it as Santiago. Yes only one phone interview from South America and 1 from Dubai.

not really, though recession has made it tougher to obtain an MBA admit since the past 2-3 yrs as app volumes have sky-rocketed. business education has also been blamed for what transpired.

Revamp i want you to write in english, dont be fukinng with me ramping up
jejej I was great unitl I found this website and began obsessing like everyone else! (now i refresh the gmat club every 5 minutes to check if there are any new invites jeje) guess the whole "I've heard it said by men wiser than I'll ever be that if you can keep your head while all around you are losing theirs ... then you simply don't understand the problem" was true after all

I don't think so. I'm hoping a few regions haven't received invites yet since I'm from Chicago and haven't seen any here either (except for the phone interview but that seems like it was a mistake).
