I got my invitation this Friday (11/17) and applied a few days prior to the 9/30 deadline. Advice for the interview is just to make sure you are aware that there is a short time limit to think about the questions and then to answer them. Remember that you are recording a video, not interviewing in the traditional manner which threw me off a bit.
