https://atlanticgmat.com/gmat-schedule-intro/The books he references are kinda old, but they work just as well and can be found free pretty easily online. I think taking practice tests is the best thing you can do to prepare for the real thing. I didn't take any before my first exam and could see a big difference after taking a bunch before my second GMAT.
