Okay, so I was just referred to this site by a friend. How do I go about listing the schools where I applied and adding my profile data to the spreadsheets?

Welcome!
Click on 'My profile' at the top. You'll be able to enter all data.
On the first page of this thread, scroll to the bottom of the roll call spreadsheet, where you can click 'Edit'. Then enter data accordingly.

There is a master thread which provides a broader view of your profile. It is here:

There is also a thread listing each school with a link to its specific thread:
the-pants-pooping-applicant-thread-for-93851.html
For each school's thread it can be helpful to get added to the "roll call". On some threads this is done through a Google Spreadsheet which can be edited by anyone. On other threads you need to be added by the person who created the thread. For this thread, there is an editable Google Spreadsheet. It is on page 1.
