lol!!! asians are considered to be the smartest group...that is why the expectation is much higher....if i would have been an american with the same profile and application, i definitely would have got accepted at booth....

Hey guys - had my interview yesterday. Good experience. I didn't realize however that Stern is looking for a sealed transcript from your UG ( I just had the actual document). Anyhow, just an FYI.

I dont ever remember seeing anything about a "complete" status. Before the invite, it was something like "your application is being reviewed by our Admissions Dept."

Any JD/MBA applicant here?

I submitted before Rd1 deadline, but since I'm a joint-degree applicant, when I e-mailed Stern asking when my application will be processed, they said they wouldn't look at them until 2.15.11. Did anyone get the same message?

Was there any other event to attend other then the interview? Was it only 30 minutes like there website said? 30 minute interview seems rather short... but what can I say I like to talk :)

Hi all, got my interview invite today too!! I was given two choices 1) sign up for a regular interview slot 2) wait until Feb 3 to attend a women in business event and conference and interview during that time. Anyone else in the same boat? I am torn as to which option to choose. I want to interview asap so that acceptance slots are still aplenty, but perhaps attending this event will give me more exposure to ad com? I can't imagine they would give random people any kind of unfair advantage so not sure...

thoughts?
