No. You only find out about your scholarship when the actual admission package arrives in the mail. This is also where you find out the information about the Kroll background check. Congrats again on your admission!

Thanks mate! I am very excited about NYU Stern, but just a bit worried about the expenses in NYC. With their limited loan programs for international students without a US Cosigner, I am hoping for some $ in the letter. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Seems like the turnaround time is pretty quick as they draw closer to the admit weekend! So pumped to meet all my future Sternies! :-D

Just need to vent - I wonder how long I'm going to regret not applying in Round 2. I couldn't finish the essays because a personal thing happened that I'm not comfortable explaining, so I applied Round 3 with no good reason as far as the AdCom's concerned. Still extremely happy about the other schools I got in to, but I don't like wondering what could have been.

Anyway, congrats to everyone who got the call!

So moving on to the next step...how many people get partial/full scholarship? And how many days after getting admitted, did you guys receive the information packet (specifically India)?

I wonder does it mean a ding? April 1st is the decision, but I didn't have anything updated yesterday, do I need to keeping waiting, it's really suffering.

Hi xiaxiaqin,

Don't give up hope so soon...I interviewed on 12th and heard back from Stern last week! I think you would be hearing something this week (the timing of the decision is completely independent of the decision itself!)

Also, the April 1st is the mid-decision date deadline i.e. for the interviews or straight rejections without interview.
