in the middle of submitting, so not claiming I’ve nailed it—but here’s how I approached Essay 2:

Framed a clear tagline: Change: XXX it.

Opened with a vivid job-site story to show what “XXX” looks like.

Traced a through-line from my background → company 1 → recent one, backing it with concrete outcomes/metrics.

Tied that lens to Stern and closed on my north star

I'd suggest, try highlighting the social work part more and more it's gonna be a differentiator because your space of Indian engineers is already too overcrowded. Cheers.

Did a small venture of mine in NorthEast India's schools for activity based learning for about an year for which I was incubated and awarded a small grant too.
