Hi Everyone!
Hi Everyone! I’m an Indian applicant, targetting 2023 admission calendar. I’m yet to take my GMAT but I believe I could score somewhere between 690-730. I have 4 YOE work experience in ESG/EHS domain (5 years by next year) and my target schools are Insead, HEC Paris, Cambridge, Oxford, LBS. I hold both B.Tech & PG Diploma (Engineering) degrees but not from Tier-1 colleges Please help me with the my chance of admissions the schools mentioned above

Hello PradeepVemuri hope you are doing well
For us to evaluate your profile for the mentioned schools, you would have to provide more details about your work experience in ESG/EHS such as what specific role did you manage, the scale of operations/business, the type of stakeholders you work with (govt bodies, board members, Pvt sector, consulting, etc.) and what impact did you create through your work in the last 4 years. Currently, your profile specifics are somewhat vague.
Also do note that these schools look for exceptional growth trajectory or some differentiating factor in the applicants and therefore you would also have to demonstrate in your essays/narrative the following qualities:
1. Ability to contribute to the classroom discussions because of your unique experience
2. Prior international experience (always a plus) and motivation to work internationally
3. Academic Inclination- good academics and GMAT/GRE
4. Leadership Potential- Leverage anecdotes from your professional life to demonstrate your leadership skills. Show that you have motivated teams to expedite projects and deliver desired results, resolved conflicts with strong persuasive skills, influenced senior management's decisions with your keen observations and insights and generated value for your team and company as a whole. Show bias for action and conscientious decision making capabilities.

First, I would like to say you have a very interesting profile in terms of relevant work experience as in your field of work, I don’t think you will be any short of examples of leadership, and you can use relevant examples to be quoted in your ECAs and B-school essays. Hence, to bank upon your experience, I would like you to elaborate more on your responsibilities, crucial projects assigned, examples of leadership, skill-set developed, promotions & professional accolades, and the impact generated during your diverse tenure. Also, add any detail about international exposure/experience as they are greatly valued at top European B-schools.
Furthermore, since you are targeting the top B-schools in Europe, it’s essential that you score around 725+ in your GMAT to increase your chances of admission. Also, I would like you to mention your academic GPA and add more about academic accolades.
About ECAs, I would say add some to your profile, preferably from your work field itself or any volunteering experience/community work, and elaborate on your contribution, new challenges faced, leadership roles played, and the impact generated to bank upon them in your B-school essays.
Overall you have a decent profile and rightly stand a chance at the top b-schools. However, a lot will depend on your build your overall profile. Finally, I would say your profile is still brief at some points, and I would like to know more about your post-MBA goals and ECAs in detail in order to assist you better.
