No, it never changed. The email had instructions for interview arrangements.

Just curious, did anyone who received a request to resubmit missing application materials (such as an undergraduate degree document) receive an interview invitation?

I was also asked to resubmit copies of official transcript and diplomas several times, by different people in adcom office. Last reply was monday (today) saying they have all the information to review the application, I asked about whether I am still considered for round 1 but did not get a direct answer, although in one earlier email they did mention that if the information was submitted by last friday (which it was), it would still be considered for round 1. So here is hoping we are still in the hunt. Good luck all.

Does anyone face the situation that no alum is in your country and need to have a skype interview (video) or phone interview? Does these two conducted by adcom or alum? I have never used the video conference to interview before, but the school suggested better to use this way....

Skype interviews are conduction either by second year students or by ad-com.

@bakfed: Great effort dude.

@All round 1 people not invited for interview: My first ever post to any MBA forum....Forgive me, if I don't post this correctly.....When I understand that a person found his invitation email in the spam folder, I checked the spam folder of my mail box. All I could find is some spam emails with subject "Cheapest Viagra" "Anxiety Relieving medications" :lol: :lol:

I am (was) also a round-1 applicant and havn't got an interview invite. Gentlemen, its to move on. Feel proud as you showed courage in applying to a top Business School (Ross). Not all particpants of a race are winners.....but partcipation is a begining of success. Focus on your other applicants and rest will be yours !!!

it sucks i wasnt invited to it. my alum brushed it aside and said there's another gathering thing for students in april? or something so this not a big deal for those thinking it gives applicants "an edge" over others who didnt get invite to the event.

A quick update on the status of recruiting here at Ross. Things are definitely looking up as the economy stabilizes. The director of career services just reported that as of now the percentage of students indicating that they have at least one job offer has increased by 20% compared to the same time last year. The other encouraging sign is that the number of interview schedules for the remainder of fall/winter is also up by more than 20%.

I believe the alum was referring to GBR (Go Blue Rendezvous), where they bring in (R1) admitted students, and wine and dine them, party with them, etc. The director of admissions got up on stage to sing karaoke last year. Awesome stuff.

No, Go Blue Rendezvous happened in April last year. It's a 'meet and greet' for the newly admitted. It also seems like a good way to get a feel for what lies ahead in the next couple of years as you talk with current students, admissions, and alum. I read all about it on their website.
