I interviewed yesterday at Ross. I love my time there and everything about the school. The facilities, people, location and everything else are amazing!
My interview went well. I started off a bit slow, it was 845 am and I kind of stubled through my first few sentences, but after that I found my rhythym and everything else went off without a hitch. My interviewer was a 2nd year and he was great. He not only interviewed me, but afterwards we chatted for about 5-10 min and he gave me some advice on what to expect at Ross, how recruiting was, etc. Then, he invited me to sit in on his Valuation class, where I was able to meet his roomate. I found at that they both knew the Ross Ambassador I had been e-mailing so it felt like a very small world!
Anyway, the questions were all stuff I had prepared for. One question (describe a disappointment/failure and how you grew from it) I for some reason overlooked in preparation, BUT this was an essay question I had to answer for another school so I just drew on that and improvised a bit. Also, during one of my answers he interjected with some follow up questions so I knew he was listening.
The wait until Jan is going to be excruciating, but I can't wait!
Good luck to everyone for the SS event.
