Hello guys, I am little confused about pictures to add while filling the application , it says spikiest pictures to add, can you guys suggest me what to add? I have done volunteer work, should I attach them? I am little puzzled because it says to add 3 pictures, so should I go about dividing three to show various aspects of profile like one is on volunteer and others on something else? You need not submit 3! You can submit up to 3. I submitted 2 (one of which clubbed two of my spike factors). My suggestion would be to first reflect on what your spike factors are and then find/click pictures that showcase the same. For example, if you feel playing basketball is something unique about yourself (participation in national, international, competitions, etc..) then you should elaborate on that and add a photo that probably shows you playing/with a ball. Could you please elaborate on your question - what decision and what deadline?

Apologies - admission decision and application deadline. The next deadline for application is Jan 10. Was wondering how early a candidate might get the admission decision between application deadline and decision notification.

Rotman has rolling interviews and decisions, so the earlier you apply, the better. But the process is quite unpredictable - you can expect to hear from them regarding interview anywhere between 3 days - 1 month after submitting your application. In most cases, they give the decision within 2 weeks after the interview (with the exception being Indian males, based on my personal experience, who have had to wait more than a month after their interviews)
