What did they offer in terms of aid?

they’re pretty generous with their scholarships. For me, I don’t have my official offer yet but I was told on the phone that I’ll receive a fellowship. Based on the website, and some students I’ve talked to, high percentage of the class will receive some type of scholarship.

that’s soo true. And in current pandemic $ matters more and in terms of SCM Penn is far ahead.
