I assume that’s because you did not do your undergraduate at Penn State. Mine also says the same.

mine says the same as well. it could be because we dont have any previous association with Penn.

the appointment confirmation should have the interviewer name. I had my interview with Joy. My interview was more like a conversation/discussion. I had talked to Joy previously when I had a 1:1 admission information call. So we talked more into details on why Smeal mba, what’s my post mba goal, and we also walked through my resume and experience.
