I can imagine the wait seems longer esp. when you have submitted everything before deadline. My IELTS score haven’t reached the school yet, so it will take time in my case.

I applied during R1 and got my interview invitation about 3 weeks later. My second recommendation was done about a week after I submitted my application, so for me it took about 2 weeks from completed application.
