Thanks. I am a female geologist working in oil & gas in Houston. Gmat is 640. I applied 9/22, interviewed 10/6 and got an offer 10/16. Although my interviewer said it usually takes three weeks for them to make a decision, so I wasn't expecting to heard back so soon. Many good luck to you!!!! Are you applying any other schools and do you mind sharing your brief profile with me as well?
I am wondering if i have to send the toefl score or it can be uploaded in the application ? In case i have to send it i cannot find the college code for toefl anywhere. Also it is no where mentioned in the website that we have to send the toefl score

I just submitted application for Nov 2 deadline for FT MBA Fall '16. I have a silly query regarding the application: I forgot to double-space the essays! is that a solid deal-breaker?
Hi guys! I submitted my application on 2nd and my last recommender submitted his recommendation day before yesterday. I got an interview invite today. They have asked me for preferred dates. Is TAMU this fast?

Naw, you're good. The only instruction I saw was to keep it below 2 pages.

Apparently...they got back to me in one day as well...for an intake of 80 students, they only have about 60 applicants so far, it is likely they are probably interviewing everyone.

Hi Cagatay2015, May I know what is the source of this information? Seems strange .

Hey Rahul,
I'm just going by the real-time applicant summary on this thread, sorry if I'm mistaken (not sure how they gathered that data either), I don't mean to misinform anybody!

Hey Cagatay2015,
This is only the number of people who have self-reported their applications on gmatclub. This is by no means the entire picture.
Done with the interview yesterday. Was interviewed by Gabriel. He mentioned that he has gone through my application.
Background: I am an Indian applicant with over 3 years of experience spread across Social and IT Sector. GMAT Score - 700 (Q 48 V 38).
The interview was more of a conversation with the following questions:
1) Tell me about your background apart from your professional background. 2) Why I chose my majors? 3) Why I chose the particular school for my under-graduation? 4) Discussed at length about the internships I did during under-graduation and how I got placed in the company while at college. 5) The thought process behind the choices (in terms of working in different organizations) I made after graduation. 6) Nature of current work. 7) Leadership positions held. 8) Issues faced while interacting with foreign clients. 9) Career goals. 10) How MBA will help me achieve those goals? 11) What I am looking for in the MBA program? 12) Any questions for me?
Interview lasted well over 45 minutes. Hoping for the best!
Takeaway : Be positive and be yourself.
