I just got accepted off the wait-list as well. I received a phone call and was asked about my interest level in McCombs. Shortly after that I was offered a spot.

Profile:
25, 3 years work experience in engineering
Great academics, great recommendations, good gmat, and good extracurriculars

Applied in Round 2 and was wait-listed in March
Followed up with emails, additional recommendation, and phone calls

Congrats! Did both of these calls happen today? If so that's great news, it means Fridays aren't the only day they are letting people in.

No, I am not an international student. I'm sure there are very few spots remaining since we are approaching the registration deadline.

axechik - seems like 3 people (in this forum) have been accepted off the waitlist. No idea about the international applicant part.

Did you get an email update or just check your status? I talked to admissions yesterday and they said there would be movement this week.
