Stats:

4 years of work in Economic Litigation consulting for 2 separate top 5 firms.

GMAT 48 Math 42 Verbal 730 Overall 5.5 Writing
GRE 800 Math 600 Verbal

Undergrad at UT in Math-Stat 3.5 GPA

Limited Extra Curriculars

Applied 11/6
Interviewed 12/3 off campus with an alum in Houston.

R2 for me, via CGSM.

29 male(at matriculation), korean-american, GPA: 3.13 @ top25 WE: 5 yrs business owner, 6 yrs Marine Corps, 2 yrs energy consultant, 1 yr executive at national nonprof, currently 8months new startup. extensive volunteer work for vets/vet families and low income K-12 students.

Hi Jason, I am very sorry that you didn't make it. But I am glad for you that you have been admitted by another school. How did you find your status? I interviewed the same day as you. I log onto the status check page. The only thing poped up is a letter from the Associate Dean. Good luck to you and good luck to everyone who is waiting.

Eh... I am used to it... I applied to Haas as well

It seems they have released very few interview invitations and simply continue to send out e-mails saying "be patient"

They also don't let you know if you are rejected until the final decision date.... so you can't help but keep clinging to a sliver of hope

That's actually pretty standard. But McCombs' rolling process doesn't technically have a final decision date.
